Yogurt milk is drunk and even become a vegetable and food for many people, but now it is very important for women to drink it in order to deal with fungal disease.

A study conducted by experts at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) has revealed that 70 to 90 percent of women in the country are attacked by various types of fungi.

They have explained that the fungus is caused by various factors that women face in their daily lives, including pregnancy, long-term use of condoms, having sex with more than one man, clothes, water, using medicine without a doctor's advice and environment.

The study revealed the reasons that contribute to many women being attacked by fungal germs, including the women themselves failing to protect themselves properly. He added that in the study, they also noted that women have been attacked by more than four types of fungi.

Another reason, he said, is not controlling the use of sugar, where the fungus burdens the cell walls and produces enzymes that absorb nutrients and enter the blood.

The fungus later begins to enter the blood, lungs, heart and finally attacks the kidneys where it causes opportunistic diseases and the only way to treat it is to use yogurt regularly and use medicines that also require advice from a doctor.

This research is important for all women to take action in fighting fungus which when they start you can't know if they have that much disease, but everyone should make sure they use yogurt which is both food and medicine.
