The act of marriage is enjoyable, and as time has continued to move since the days of our ancestors, it is an act that has happened to be enjoyed by both men and women.
However, those who engage in sexual intercourse may be at risk of sudden death, or both may contract an infection or become ill during the act.
A man can die on top of a woman, and a woman can die under a man when they are in the act of intercourse, which surprises many.
There have been various reports that some people have died as a result of sexual violence, which surprises many.
While some say it is a normal worldly situation, others are often blamed for these events, especially those who have sex outside of marriage.
Many don't believe when an event like this happens.
But medical experts have explained the factors that can cause a person to die during the act, whether for women or men.
The following are three things that can cause a person to die during intercourse.
1. Drug abuse:
Men often use traditional medicines or herbs to help them stabilize during the act. Others mix them with beer, believing that they will help them increase male strength and thus be able to have sex with more than one woman.
Sometimes, some men smoke cigarettes, and other narcotic drugs to increase their male power. This is not scientifically proven but it is what people do.
What they don't know is that these drugs contain a chemical called "Nitrate", which can cause high blood pressure and cause sudden death during the act.
At the end of it all, its effects are bad, despite the respect they want from the woman they have sex with.

2. Heart disease:
Health problems are not something to be ignored when it comes to sharing love
A person with a history of heart disease may die during the procedure because his heart will work harder than usual
The most common causes of heart disease, especially for women over 50 and men over 40, are high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, stroke and other diseases.
Another reason that often causes heart disease is stress.
Heart attacks during intercourse are more common in men than women, research shows.
But the act of marriage is a rare trigger of heart attack.
Only 34 of the 4,557 heart attacks occurred during or within an hour of intercourse and 32 of those affected were men.
Sumeet Chugh, of the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute, said his research is the first to evaluate sexual activity as a possible cause of heart attack. His research was published in a BBC report in November 2017.
His research was presented at the meeting of the American Heart Association when evaluating the stimuli that cause heart attacks.
