Eating spinach, apple and avocado salad can help a person to have a healthy weight.
Before a person starts eating his morning, afternoon or night meal, he is advised to start with spinach leaves or other vegetables. This type of eating allows a person to eat less foods with carbohydrates, sugar or fat that lead to weight gain and obesity.
Salad of leafy vegetables fills the stomach and makes a person feel full and thus prevents the habit of wanting to eat especially starchy or sugary foods.
