Walking is a very natural thing. The average person walks 5 to 15 times a day. In fact, having a lot of gas on a given day can be a sign of good health.
Your body cannot break down these carbohydrates but the bacteria in your gut can do the job.
So, what foods do you find when you walk, what foods cause bad breath, and in what cases do you need to seek the advice of a doctor?
1. Fatty foods
Fatty foods slow down digestion, so these things are likely to chew up in your gut and cause bad breath. Fatty meat is especially affected by peaches, as it contains a lot of amino acids, methionine and sulfur.
Bacteria in your gut break down sulfur to form hydrogen sulfide. It smells like a rotten egg. This then increases the smell of gas that comes from the meat you eat and other foods.
2. Eggs
There are various misconceptions among people in this matter, but most of us do not suffer from gas from eggs. But it contains sulfur-containing methionine. So if you don't want smelly feet, don't eat eggs and grains or fatty meat.
If your stomach is full and you have diarrhea after eating eggs, you may not be able to digest eggs or you may be allergic to those things.
3. Onions
Onions, garlic, and similar foods contain fructans and carbohydrates, which can cause gas and bloating.
4. Dairy products
Milk from cows and goats contains lactose. This causes sugar gas to increase. about 65% of adults in the world cannot digest lactose and get gas if they eat dairy products.
5. Wheat and grains
Fructans and gas-producing fibers are found in wheat products and in grains such as barley. So bread, pasta and whole grains can cause stomach pain.
More importantly, some whole grains, such as wheat, oats, contain gluten. Inability to digest gluten can cause gas or bloating.
6. Cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli
Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, grains and other leafy vegetables are high in fiber and can be difficult for your body to digest. But the bacteria in your gut like to use it for energy and produce gas. Many of these vegetables contain sulphur, so you can imagine the smell.
7. Fruits
Many fruits, such as apples, mangoes and peas, are high in fructose, a natural sugar. Additionally, some apples and peas are high in fiber.
Many people find it difficult to digest fructose and eating this fruit can cause gas, as it is impossible to break down the sugar.
But fructose is not as difficult to digest as lactose.
Fruits, vegetables and legumes can cause gas, but it is more important to eat more of these foods every day than to stop eating them.
If you don't eat high fiber foods, increasing the amount can make you feel unwell. Gradually increase the amount of fiber in your diet to avoid side effects.
Reserving body fluids reduces the risk of constipation, which can lead to gas. If the stool remains in the intestine, the process of decomposition begins there, and a special smelly gas is formed.
Drink something with every meal and make sure you keep drinking water throughout the day. Doctors also recommend drinking tea to reduce gas and bloating.
Fizzy drinks contain gas, so the more you drink, the more likely you are to drink. Chewing gum or drinking soup with a spoon can also cause gas. When we allow air into the stomach, there will definitely be changes in the stomach.

Most of the time, walking or breathing is not a concern. Most non-gas symptoms do not require treatment or evaluation.
